Description:

nab has developed this housing scheme for one of our long-term business partners, Teodor Lenkov, scheduled to be finished in early 2009. The idea of a "Container shell", made of decorative dark-brown brick, directs the planning organizaiton of the flats and 'controlls' the views through a pattern of projecting balconies of polished Reinforced Concrete. The total floor area is over 4500 sq.m. with underground parking and stepping up the hill pedestrian zone of retail units.
